The Trail Runner is a 30’ camper that will sleep at least 8 people.
The front has a queen memory foam bed that can be closed off for privacy with two sliding doors. The couch folds down to sleep at least one adult or maybe two children. The u-shaped dinette will also fold down to sleep two.
In the back there are three bunks and a table that folds down to make another. There is a 32” smart TV and a radio/CD player with both inside and outside speakers. In the Kitchen you will find a sink, a gas stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cups, a K-cup Keurig coffee maker, and a toaster.
The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and a tub/shower unit. Outside there is an electric awning to protect you from the sun and the rain, and an outside handheld sprayer to rinse off beach sand before you go inside.

Each additional night after you pay the 7-night fee of 930.00 it will cost 130.00 a night.
If paying by credit card, a 3.5% surcharge applies.
Reservation Overview
- All camping reservations are the renter’s responsibility.
- Available at any campground within a 25-mile radius of Gaylord, Michigan for a delivery fee of $150
- If your campground is farther than the 25-mile limit, please ask what the additional fee may be for delivery.
- The 30’ Trail Runner requires a camping site that is at least 30’ long and has a 30-amp electrical service.
- Check our online calendar for available dates, contact us for verification.
- Reserve your dates with us by making the $150 reservation fee.
- Reserve your stay at your campground being sure you allow for the unit you are renting (the sites at campgrounds are size and electrical amperage specific.)
- Get back with us as to where and when to deliver your rental unit.
The rental fee and the 250.00 damage deposit must be paid in full 7- days before the reservation date.
