We have used Great Lakes Camper Rental for several years now. Unit is always very clean (which we highly value) and very nicely furnished with camping essentials! Delivered straight to location. I have been renting from Bob and Doreen for a few years now and say they are wonderful to work with.  The campers are always clean and ready to camp in.  I have rented from other camper rentals before and they were not easy to work with at all and we had to clean the camper before we could use them  I highly recommend Great Lakes Camper. This is our second time renting from Doreen and Bob.  They are both so wonderful.  The campers are exactly like they describe, they communicate well, answered all our questions and both our kids didn’t want Mr. Bob to leave after he set up the camper for us. We love renting from Bob and Doreen! I'm a repeat customer, and we've loved the great communication and customer-focused service they've provided. I've rented the same camper several times. It has been well maintained and cared for each time I've stayed in it. Pricing is fair and competitive. We rented the Cougar 5th Wheel from Great Lakes Camper Rental for Labor Day weekend 2023. The camper was delivered on time, set up quickly and easy instructions on how things worked. We didn't have to do anything other than unpack our personal items and enjoy our time. The camper was clean, in order and had all the supplies as listed on their website.

The owners were kind and easy to work with. Any questions I had prior to our weekend away, were answered quickly.

We've rented from Bob and Doreen for at least five years.  They are great to rent from.  Communication is great and they respond quickly.  The trailers are delivered on time and always clean and ready to camp in.  They take the time to go over how the trailer works and make sure you're ready to camp. We had a fantastic experience working with Great Lakes Camper Rental owners Bob and Doreen! They were attentive to our needs and questions. They were very helpful and responsive during our week long stay in the Salem Bunkhouse when we called with questions. Bob was prompt with delivery and flexible with the pick up time of the camper when we requested a different time. The unit was very clean and well cared and was exactly as advertised. Overall we were extremely pleased with our experience and have already reserved a unit for next year! Bob and Doreen were excellent to work with. Communication was great! Bob delivered the Jayco bunkhouse at the exact time he said he would. He got us set up quickly and showed us how everything worked. Camper was spotless and had no odor. Had everything we needed. Perfect camper for our family of 3, could have definitely accommodated more than just us 3. It was pouring rain the morning Bob was picking up the camper. We were ready to go about an hour before pick up and assumed we had to wait until Bob got there. He texted, said he was running 15 minutes late due to weather. Told us we didn’t have to wait for him.
