1. Reservation / Security Deposit

A $250 damage/security deposit is required for each camping trailer rental and is due seven days prior to the day of the Rental period start date. A $150 reservation fee is required to secure the requested dates. You can receive $75 of the $150 back if you cancel up to 1 month before the reservation date. If you cancel your reservation within one month of your reservation, you will forfeit the full $150. Your reservation fee can be applied to your rental fee. The security deposit covers the cost in the event that there are missing or damaged items inside or damages to the outside of the trailer during the stay. If necessary, additional costs associated with the missing or damaged items inside or outside the rental unit may be charged to the payment method we have on file. The damage deposit will be returned within 7 business days after the return of the camper.
